Divorce & Child Custody Tactics For Women

Divorce and Child Custody Tactics for Women.

Dear Moms of America,

Are you tired of your marriage? Does it make you angry that your husband doesn't spend enough time with you? Have you "grown apart"? Then it's time for a divorce!

We all know the routine. You want out, right? Your friends and family have all said they would support you. They have given you the emotional courage you need to finally leave your hubby. But you've got a problem, don't you? You guys have had children together and that obnoxious bum husband of yours isn't going to give up his kids easily. If you share custody with him after divorce, you are going to have to keep interacting with your ex on a regular basis. What good is divorce if you can't get rid of the guy? Besides, equal custody means you won't get as much child support from him. Problems, problems. Well, don't worry! I have got some answers for you.

Hi, I'm Robert E. Britton, III, Esquire - Attorney at Law. I'd like to tell you a few simple strategies that will guarantee a grand and glorious victory in divorce court!

Forced Abandonment and Termination of Parental Rights!!!

Forced Abandonment and Termination of Parental Rights!!!

Would you be interested in helping a mother whose child was stolen by DCFS or CPS and her parental rights terminated, take her case to federal court ( had stable home/job, did entire case plan and couldn't prove "best interests" to get him back) Can prove inaffective assistance, judge predjudice and bias, no evidence sustaining alligation (other than hear say), was not present (even by phone) at hearings, case was never transferred to FL from CA ( L A Co.) where the guardian, the child, and myself were residing, etc. Alligation was false, made by angry brother, who they term "suspect", in documents.California Appelate Project refused to appeal any of the above named issues, and instead he focused on ICWA, only (because my grandmother is 100% indian, but I couldn't figure out what tribe). I have the entire transcripts/court documents proving all this. The reason I lost is $$$$. I live paycheck to paycheck. I was incarcerated (in confinement) throughout the 1st year of my fight (picked up on old warrent from BEFORE CONCEPTION), for Resisting on a Disorderly. THAT LEFT ME VIRTUALLY HELPLESS! I miss my son, BRANDON, so much. The guardian/sister/kidnapper parentally alienated me by getting a frivolous injunction against me made permanent (easily done..." I'm Scared!"... DONE) I am intelligent, but not sure how to take it to Fed. Court...and alone...SCARY! Please consider helping an ORPHAN's loving mother.sincerely, Heather ciara_briana@yahoo.comciarabriana on myspacenote: I have had a child reunified to me on DCFS'/CPS' reccomendation after a 2+year fight proving I am worthy (in the courts eyes).

Adoption incentive payments SS Title IV-E

More and more parents are coming out complaining that their children have been stolen from them.....No this is not the black market, it is our own government who is paying for this legalized kidnapping........

"(A) $4,000, multiplied by the amount (if any) by which the number of foster child adoptions in the State during the fiscal year exceeds the base number of foster child adoptions for the State for the fiscal year;

(B) $2,000, multiplied by the amount (if any) by which the number of special needs adoptions that are not older child adoptions in the State during the fiscal year exceeds the base number of special needs adoptions that are not older child adoptions for the State for the fiscal year; and

(C) $4,000, multiplied by the amount (if any) by which the number of older child adoptions in the State during the fiscal year exceeds the base number of older child adoptions for the State for the fiscal year."(1)

In general.—For grants under subsection (a), there are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary—
(A) $20,000,000 for fiscal year 1999;
(B) $43,000,000 for fiscal year 2000;
(C) $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2001 through 2003, and
(D) $43,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2004 through 2008

While we are still waiting on the results of a FOIA request to fully disclose what goes where in these incentive funds, there is still some compelling evidence to suggest our government supports legal kidnapping........

Michigan House Leadership Stalls Protection of Parental Rights

Michigan House Leadership Stalls Protection of Parental Rights. First they raise your taxes and now they want to raise your children. House Speaker was quoted as saying that your children are wards of the state. Parent's disagree and believe their children should be raised and cared for by parents not the state.

The link takes you to several guest speakers, including several legislators, family rights organizations, and more.

Lansing, Michigan. Several Michigan State Legislators voiced their positions and willingness to "press the button now" to allow voters the chance to approve a landmark parental rights amendment to the Michigan State Constitution. "Michigan Legislators and Family Rights Organizations from West Virginia, Florida, Ohio, and Michigan were present and in support of House Joint Resolution NN, which is the first of its kind nationwide," according to Lary Holland, Executive Director of Write to Parent, Inc.

Where does Obama and McCain stand on Parental Rights? McCain calls it a tar baby and Obama just wants to blame black fathers.

What we have in Michigan is a Democratic leadership that has literally violated Article IV Section 16 of our Constitution that aims to prevent these type of tactics by the house "rules" that cover the passage of our bills. If you have no right to parent, then you really have no other rights at all.

Family Court is Deadly Business

Family Court is Deadly Business. The Family Court system has its' fair share of problems, but one of those problems that has not had a very thorough review is that it is an ever-increasing "Deadly Business." In fact, I didn't even start thinking about the effects of our country's public policies regarding single-parent custody awards and "unilateral divorce" until my recent involvement and trip in Frederick, Maryland. For the most part, I only looked at the effects inside the courtroom specifically, not outside.

There should be substantial concern over the instant murder-suicides, premeditated murders, attempted murders, murders-for-hire, and drastic number of suicides that are occurring in families that are involved with domestic relation suits or family courts around the nation.
